SGR India Tech Day
August 8, 2019: SGR India celebrated their Annual Tech Day with Customer Centricity as the underlying theme. The event was kicked off with a presentation by Padmashri awardee C.N. Raghavendran, an eminent architect from Chennai. This was followed by case-study presentations on customer-centric new-product development by the R&D and Business teams, discussions on tools & methods to capture customer needs, and presentations from the business teams that provided perspectives on the trends in different industries. The day was concluded with a poster session organized so that the teams could CONNECT, COLLABORATE and CREATE.
